Terms of Service
Last updated 19 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the relax.dev website and any services we agree to provide. By using the site or engaging us, you accept them.
1. Services
Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for client work are set out in a separate proposal, statement of work or order form. Where that document conflicts with these terms, the signed document wins.
2. Fees and payment
- Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice unless agreed otherwise.
- Fixed-scope work may require a deposit before we begin.
- Late payment may pause delivery and support.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, accurate information, and any access, assets or third-party accounts needed for delivery. Delays caused by missing input may shift agreed dates.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the custom deliverables produced for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks, and grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them as embedded in your deliverables. Third-party components remain under their own licences.
5. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform the engagement.
6. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the site and services are provided "as is" without implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party platforms such as Discord, Telegram or hosting providers.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as set out in the relevant order document. You remain responsible for work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
